HF showed me this sample last week in Tokyo and i was blown away.
I really like the way he has styled this piece, and the model of choice is perfect.
The whole idea of a custom fragment Rolex is pretty ambitious and a reminder of the positive growth of our culture and one of its most important figures.
This last month or so has been really busy, with us spending a great amount of time at our showroom, selling for s/s 2010.
Selling season is always good fun ,and the added bonus is that you get to really spend time with clients when they visit.
It’s all very well meeting the same people during fashion week trips to Paris etc,but quite often i find that you rarely have the time for lengthy conversation or discussions, due to everyone’s manic schedules.
So for me,the showroom enviroment is much more productive,it provides a relaxing backdrop, and a much more relaxed atmosphere.
Our list of distinguished guests included our good friend steve from Present (London)
It was very exciting to hear about his new project, and it’s sure to become a London institution.
Our friends Gary and Walid from Patta (Amsterdam) also came to visit.
Big things to come over the next few months from the Patta team.
